Kölln Flocken

In Germany, Kölln Flocken is considered one of the best brands of breakfast oats. But when entering the Spanish market in 2015, they confronted an issue: Spanish consumers not only dismissed the healthy breakfast but also mocked it by calling oats "bird food".

So, to we rebranded Koelln and created a digital launch in Spain, by turning their sarcasm into a good insight.
The idea: we invented an ambassador, a funny and knowledgeable bird to teach them about oats through quirky, humorous stories. 

I made all the illustrations and created the Bird style concept and animations.
